About the event
Mexican postpartum and Temazcal ceremony 16:00-20:30 (meetup at 16:00, workshop begins 16:30)
Already the workshop venue is a magical place - Lilleoru (Valley of Flowers). Lilleoru is a magically beautiful sacred site and a unique educational center near Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. It is known for its exceptional Flower of Life park laid out according to sacred geometry. The temples, power sites and carefully selected herbs in the flower beds of the park not only offer aesthetic pleasure, but also carry deep spiritual meaning and effect.
Our workshop will be held on a magical small island of the eye-shaped lake Amrita, hidden in the woods.
The workshop begins with the introduction of Mexican Postpartum traditions and rituals, followed by Temazcal sweat lodge ceremony and ending with the Closing of the bones hands-on practice.
This workshop will prove specially interesting to birth professionals such as midwives, doulas, massage therapists, body workers, childbirth educators and any feminine soul interested in deepening their understanding on these topics or who may wish to offer this special and effective care for women in the postpartum period. Newborn mothers are very welcome to support their personal transitions and deep healings after birth.
NB! Limited places!
