WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:

Naoli Vinaver will be combining important material from 4 of her signature workshops: Art of Birth, Rebozo for Birth, Tantric Birth and Challenging Births, creating a special 3-day immersion program. Participants will be exposed to the concepts of sexuality as an intrinsic element of birth, learning ways to protect and support the physiological processes of birth. The Mexican Rebozo and Naoli's own Rebozo techniques developed throughout her practice as a home birth midwife will be demonstrated and practiced by participants. The last day will be devoted to understanding early signs and the development of birth complications, learning and reviewing creative solutions, both with the use of the Rebozo as well as other physiological, creative, manual and traditional midwifery techniques. Aspects of tantric birth will be shared along with birth stories throughout the workshop, permeating the learning experience with a humanistic approach full of joy, depth and eye-opening understanding.

DAY 1: ART OF BIRTH

• Premature Rupture of membranes midwifery protocol
• Prevention & solutions for shoulder dystocia: conventional & original maneuvers
• Neonatal resuscitation with baby as a full active participant
• Prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage
